Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship?
We ship to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations.
How much does shipping cost?
- Free shipping on orders over $125 within Canada and the U.S.
- Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes.
Are duties included?
We do not offer prepaid duties or customs fees. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
- Canada: 3-9 business days
- United States: 5-9 business days
- International: Up to 8 weeks (varies by location and customs processing)
For Canadian, we offer Lettermail shipping as the most affordable option. However, this shipping method does not include tracking. If you need tracking or a faster shipping option, you can select an upgrade at checkout.
Do you offer local delivery or pickup?
- Local delivery: We offer free local delivery for customers located inDowntown Toronto, ON. This option will appear automatically at checkout if your address qualifies.
- Toronto Downtown Pick-Up: If you’re located in downtown Toronto, we may be able to arrange an in-person pick-up instead of shipping! Please reach out to us before placing your order to confirm availability. We'd love to help if we can!
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping option, the email will include your tracking number.
What happens if my order is lost or damaged?
We take great care in packaging and labeling every order to ensure it reaches you safely. However, once a package is in transit, delays, losses, or theft may occasionally happen beyond our control. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us at yippeedesign2024@gmail.com —we’re happy to help and will do our best to assist you!
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order (excluding the shipping fee). You will need to place a new order with the correct address.

Gifting & Care Packages
Can I include a gift message?
Absolutely! If you’re sending a gift, we’d be happy to add a personalized message for you. Simply leave your message in the notes section at checkout, and we’ll include it in the package.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
We don’t provide traditional gift wrapping, but all orders are carefully packaged. If your order is a gift, just let us know at checkout, and we’ll exclude any pricing details from the package.
Order & Returns
Can I return an item if I’m not satisfied?
We want you to love your purchase! If you're not satisfied, you may return your item within 10 days of purchase.
What are the return guidelines?
- Items must be postmarked within 10 days of your online purchase.
- A copy of the receipt must be included as proof of purchase.
- Items must be in original condition (unused and undamaged).
- Final Sale: Discounted items, sale products, and gifted items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Who covers return shipping?
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
How are refunds processed?
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not shipped yet, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is dispatched, we cannot make changes.
