Shipping & Delivery
Where do we ship?
We currently ship to Canada, the United States, and most international destinations.
How much is shipping?
We offer free shipping within Canada and the United States for orders over $100 (before any discounts). For orders under $100 and for international shipments, shipping costs are based on weight and will be automatically calculated at checkout.
Are duties included?
We do not offer prepaid duties or customs fees. International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and other charges upon arrival. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Do you offer local delivery or in-store pickup?
- Local Delivery: We offer free local delivery for customers located in Downtown Toronto, ON. This option will appear automatically at checkout if your address qualifies.
- In-Store Pickup: Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup.
How long does order processing take?
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has shipped.
How long does shipping take?
- Canada: 3-9 business days
- United States: 5-9 business days
- International: Up to 8 weeks (varies by location and customs processing)
For Canadian, we offer Lettermail shipping as the most affordable option. However, this shipping method does not include tracking. If you need tracking or a faster shipping option, you can select an upgrade at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. If you selected a tracked shipping option, the email will include your tracking number.
What happens if my order is lost, delayed, or damaged?
While we package and label shipments to the highest standards, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once they are in transit. If your order is significantly delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at yippeedesign2024@gmail.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us as soon as possible for any cancellations or changes. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot make any modifications.
What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will issue a refund for the order (excluding the shipping fee). You will need to place a new order with the correct address.
